The equipment felt old and worn. The sensors where not very accurate. But it’s good fun for an hour and it’s well located. The service was slow when we were there but staff was friendly.
Attentive and efficient staff, great food, drinks and service...oh and the golf is great fun too! Overall fantastic excuse to get a group of mates together in central London.

Great fun. Virtual golf with real clubs and balls. Reasonably good bar snacks
If this isn't the perfect place for guys to hang out, I don't know what is! The clubs they provide are top notch & the beer is tasty!

Decent gym for men. Machines are too big for women so did not enjoy going with my wife too much. The music was banging at a crazy volume. Why have such loud music if everyone is listening to their own stuff anyway?
Good gym, though don't leave valuables in the lockers (or bring them at all). The lockers are easy to break in to as they are very flimsy (many of the locks are bent out of place as evidence of this). It's not nice to come back to you bag and find your wallet stolen and money taken.

Nice gym. 24hr access. In a good location near a yuve stop on the central line. Not a big gym. Small weights area and not many machines. It's only on one small floor. Relatively inexpensive compared to other franchises. Wouldn't recommend this as a main gym due to lack of equipment.
It's very compact and brand new gym but they have most of equipment. It's get crowded very easily because of its size.

I've been a member ever since this gym opened and it's the best gym in the area! Great staff and PTs, always there to help, which makes a great atmosphere. I love the fact I never have to wait for any of the equipment, there's always so much space, even when it's busy after work!
Relatively basic gym given the location, compact but with pretty much all you need for a workout. I've never found it too be overly busy during the week days, even lunchtime wasn't too bad. I like the two spinning bikes with coaching screens in the basement. Sadly missing from most other gym group's in London.

Me and my boyfriend come here almost every weekend to play badminton. The courts are good and it's a spacious and newly revamped sports centre. Haven't tried any other facilities besides the badminton court, but the gym looks good! (There are glass walls around the gym so as long as you don't mind people being able to look at you while you work out it's nice)
Had my sons birthday party at trampoline park this afternoon. Was a bit concerned by previous reviews, but everything was fantastic. Greeted as soon as we entered the door by friendly staff member. Throughout the afternoon the staff were great, nothing too much trouble . Food was absolutely fine - 10 year olds don't expect or want gourmet - they were more than happy with the pizza, chicken nuggets and my son even said the potato wedges were the best he's had. My son said it was the best party he's ever had, and as a parent, that's all you want to hear. Many thanks to all the staff, we'll be back!

Good to watch sports although during the World Cup they will charge for entry after 7pm. Food is good although they forgot our order and gave us less wings than they should have.
Visited bar and had some meals. Staff was friendly and food was very good. Meal is slightly more expensive but burgers are amazing for 12 pounds, I recommend ultimate burger for meat lovers. Place was not that busy on saturday night so we found a space for a meal. Was good, 4 stars just because of the toilet upstairs, where just 2 of them are there, one was broken and one with door on the floor. Maybe there are also other toilets

One of the few gyms I have visited in London and feel relaxed, I love the 70s architecture and the staff are very friendly, always kind and helpful. The cafe is a good facility and it's useful that you can rent a towel for £1.50 as this suits my chaotic lifestyle. The recent pool refurb has done little to improve the space, I quite liked it before with its unusual dark tiles, now it's very bright and sporty and I'm a bit of a vampire. The toilets are down a three storey spiral staircase, not great if like me you drink a couple of litres of water before hitting the sauna. All in all a good gym though and I've stayed a year which is more than I can say for any other gym.
So far the best swimming pool I have visited in London. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are kept clean!! Small but efficient and well maintained sauna and steam room just next to the pool. Friendly and polite staff.

Been a couple of times and not had to wait for a table. Decent bar and very friendly staff. For two people, you're paying pretty much the same as you would for a cinema ticket these days, so a good way to spend a couple of hours
